UK Returns & Exchanges:
How Do I Return / Exchange An Item?
- Please email us at marketing@9elephants.co.uk to initiate your free return / exchange
- In the subject line write RETURN REQUEST or EXCHANGE REQUEST
- In the email please write your order number and which item(s) you wish to return / exchange
What Happens Next?
- We'll send you a pre-paid postage stamp as a QR code
- You'll place the returned / exchanged items in suitable protective packaging
- You'll take your package to your nearest Post Office and scan the QR code
- Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund immediately
Return / Exchange Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be unused with tags
- A return request must be sent within 28 days of purchase
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll let you know whether it’s approved. If approved:
- A refund will be issued to your original payment method
- Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank to process your refund
Condition Requirements:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and free from marks, stains, or damage
- All original clothing tags must be attached as they were when purchased
Non-Returnable / Exchangeable Items:
We cannot accept returns / exchanges on:
- Items that have been used, washed, altered, stained, or damaged
- Items without original tags
- Final sale items
Important Notes:
- Returns must be sent back to us using our returns service
- We are not responsible for returns sent back to us not using our returns service
Damage or Issues:
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can make it right and send you a replacement.
