How do I return an item?
At 9 Elephants, we hope you love your pieces as much as we loved creating them. But if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help!
Return Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging

You must include the receipt or proof of purchase

Return must be initiated and sent within 15 days of delivery
Condition Requirements:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free from marks, stains, or damage

All tags and original packaging must be intact

Returns that do not meet these criteria will be declined and returned to you
Non-Returnable Items:
We cannot accept returns on:

Items that have been used, washed, stained, or damaged

Items without original tags or packaging
-
Socks, due to hygiene reasons

Final sale or discounted items (clearly marked on the product page)

Gift cards
Important Notes:

Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service

We are not responsible for lost or untracked parcels

If your return does not arrive at our warehouse, we cannot process a refund

Damage or Issues:
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll let you know whether it’s approved. If approved:

A refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus shipping costs

Please allow up to 10 business days for processing

Your bank or card provider may take a few additional days to post the refund
